Comic book grading offers the opportunity to have your collectibles appraised and their condition evaluated before encapsulating in a strong plastic housing to preserve its condition and potentially add significant value. 

Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) is the world’s largest third-party grader of comics, trading cards, video games, and related collectibles. Regular in-house signings with comic and movie heavyweights and with their acquisition of James Spence Authentication (JSA), CGC now offers industry-leading signature verification.

 As a CGC Authorized Dealer, Bear Maximum offer the opportunity to submit comic books to CGC for any of the services mentioned. Our aim is to remove the head ache of doing the work yourself and submitting via a community based programme to reduce the cost of overseas shipping. 

 We  offer the opportunity to elevate the presentation of your collectibles  through our top quality cleaning and pressing partner Comic Press. Using non-invasive, cutting edge techniques, Comic Press aim to allow your books to  appear at their optimal capacity whether that be in front of an appraiser, grader  or simply as part of your collection at home.

We are now an Authorized Facilitator for Signature Series! Use the CGC submission form to find out what upcoming events we will be attending to grab the signatures of your favourite creators and actors, either at conventions, private signings or an event organised by CGC at one of their global locations.
